A.DI.P.AL. S.A. provides the following services:

• Development of the property belonging to both the Municipality of Alimos and its related bodies, using every established way and conforming to the terms of the assignment, with the following purposes: revenue generation, creation of jobs and contribution to the rational and sustainable development of the area.
• Exploitation – in every legitimate way – of municipal public spaces, e.g. athletic fields, sidewalks, sea shores and beaches, as well as controlled parking areas.
• Beach management in the wider municipal area and, in particular, the organization and exploitation of municipal beaches (rental services for sunbeds, umbrellas, water sport facilities).
• Management and exploitation of the public spaces in the Municipality of Alimos where advertising signs are placed.
• Exploitation of mobile canteen facilities in order to serve the needs on the beaches of theMunicipality of Alimos.
• Realization of landscaping and regeneration infrastructure projects as well as provision of goods, equipment and services that will contribute to the more effective asset development, the optimal exploitation of public spaces and property belonging to the Municipality of Alimos and the creation of an aesthetic effect that will be able to attract the relevant stakeholders of the provided services.
• Provision of every form of service within the public spaces and property of the Municipality ofAlimos, aiming to the development of new infrastructure and the enhancement of the existing one.
• Participation in municipal asset development programs, financed by European and national sources.
• Promotion, support to, participation in, exploitation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of cultural development programs and projects, aiming to the exploitation of municipal public spaces. Among others: the promotion of programs and action projects related to arts, music, theater, cinema, dance; the management, exploitation and rental of the municipal cinema, theater, conservatory and cultural centers; and the management of income generated from advertising, sponsorships and donations related to the aforementioned cultural events.
• Partnerships for establishing enterprises aiming to the same or similar missions as the above, participation in like or similar national or foreign enterprises of any legal form and type of business, acquisition or take-over of enterprises with the same or similar objective.
• Undertaking investment initiatives for the development, administration and exploitation of the natural resources and their facilities in the municipal assets.
• Development of commercial, advisory and similar activities concerning the environmental protection. Among others: environmental education and establishment and running of traffic education parks; siting, equipment maintenance etc. in parking areas (whether controlled or not); energy saving in municipal buildings etc.; the provision of maintenance, facilities management, security and protection services for municipal buildings and facilities (sports and cultural facilities, e.t.c.), aiming to the efficient and effecting use of them.
• Activity development and promotion of the national and European policies in the energy sector.
• Design of standards, specifications and methodologies in order to advertise the municipality, aiming to the development of its assets.
• Participation in experience-sharing networks, both with the local authorities, local bodies and development companies, as well as in cooperation with the respective national and European bodies.
